Customer messages now sit alongside reactions, help feedback, and ideas in your Inbox. Read and reply to contact messages without switching to another screen. Use Needs attention to find open follow-ups, then mark an item Done when you have handled it. Reading a message keeps it open until you mark it Done.
Inbox now sits first in the Customer loop section of the sidebar. Its badge shows how many items need attention, even while you are viewing the Inbox. Open it to review customer messages and feedback, and keep track of follow-ups still waiting for you.
Analytics now links feedback and search activity to the update, help article, or idea you can act on. Review a negative reaction, edit an unhelpful answer, or start a draft for a search with no results. Choose a reporting period to compare activity with the previous period. Reports use completed days and flag incomplete history, so you can see what the numbers cover.
Analytics now shows which help searches returned no results, so you can spot topics your help center may be missing. Each search gap links to a new article draft with a suggested title you can edit. Check your existing content, write the answer, and publish it when it is ready.
A product video is now available on the homepage. Watch it to get an overview of Makrly before exploring the app. If the embedded player does not load, use the direct video link to watch it separately.
Generated Help Center articles and FAQs now go through a factual review against your source documentation before they are published. If the review fails, the new content is not published and your existing help content stays in place.
You can now submit a help search before the page finishes loading. The search opens the results with your query intact, so you do not need to wait or type it again.
Regenerating a changelog entry now uses its original commit or merged pull request, giving the rewrite the source details it needs. If Makrly cannot retrieve the source or the new draft fails validation, your existing entry stays in place.
You can now try Makrly for 14 days without entering payment details. Connect one public or private GitHub repository and publish your first customer update to see how it fits your release workflow.
