Permanently delete support conversations with confirmation and error handling
You can now delete support conversations and their associated files permanently after confirming the action. If the deletion fails, any draft replies you have remain intact.

You can delete support conversations including all related files by confirming a prompt that warns this action cannot be undone. If the deletion request fails, your draft reply remains preserved so you don't lose any in-progress content. On successful deletion, the conversation and its drafts are removed from your inbox and session storage, and the inbox count updates accordingly.
